Virtual wlan interface with systemd-networkd

How can I create a virtual wifi interface using systemd-networkd or how can I create a persistent configuration?
I'm the wiki there is a description how to create it using iw commands.
iw dev wifi_int interface add virtual_wifi_0 type managed addr xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
Would be great if possible with systemd-networkd
