i found in /lib/modules i have 3 folders

Re: ltmodem pkg

Which Kernel do you have? Do you still got 2.6.16?

If you do I guess you downloaded recent packages which are build for ARCH 2.6.18 which is the current version.

If you do not there should be nothing wrong with it.

Why do you still run 2.6.16? If you really have no broadband access whatsoever, you should probably look for alternatives to Arch with a fixed release schedule and 'stable' package versions, like Fedora, Suse or Ubuntu.
