No, that's a bullshit neofetchinxi output that is good for bragging on reddit/unixporn.
It's not "all" nor "details".
Since you're using gnome on an intel chip, the most important next question is whether you're running on wayland and the game you're running is a native client or uses Xwayland - and in the latter case the glx configuration (thus the requested glxinfo…)
If it's wayland, I'd first and foremost test the game performance on X11.
Then the game at hand is relevant, esp. for the gazillion different minecraft iterations it's relevant which you run in particular.
And what performance you get and expect - the "potato" there should™ still be capable of running minecraft.

That's not a thing. The system can be misconfigured, but there's no magic background process that makes it faster. Background processes like the gnome fileindexer will make it slower.
So if you want more performance in a single client, use a less bloated environment; eg. an openbox session.

And what performance you get and expect - the "potato" there should™ still be capable of running minecraft.
