GPU usage stuck on 100%

Hello!

Since a recent Arch Update the GPU of my lappop is stuck at 100% usage (as reported by radeontop in the Grapics Pipe row). As a result the laptop is running hot and the fan making loud noise, even when the device is idling. I just removed my old arch install and installed it from scratch to get rid of any possibly corrupt files in my old installation, but the issue still persists.

My CPU/GPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega integrated graphics card. I'm using the Mesa Driver.

I'm at a loss on how to debug/fix this issue and would be grateful for any points in the right direction.

Reverting the Kernel to 5.12.12 indeed did the trick, thank you very much!
