Hey guys,
as the topic suggests I have the Problem, that my front usb panel keeps crashing, I have no clue why this is happening. After boot it works just fine and a few minutes later no device get's recognized anymore.
For Example:
I have 3 Oculus Rift Sensors 2 connected to the back one connected to the front panel, after booting the output of sudo lsusb |grep Sensor is as expected:
[root@mariusarch marius]# sudo lsusb |grep Sensor
Bus 008 Device 002: ID 2833:0211 Oculus VR, Inc. Rift CV1 Sensor
Bus 007 Device 005: ID 2833:0211 Oculus VR, Inc. Rift CV1 Sensor
Bus 002 Device 002: ID 2833:0211 Oculus VR, Inc. Rift CV1 Sensor
just a few minutes later the front panel one doesn't get recognized anymore:
[root@mariusarch marius]# sudo lsusb |grep Sensor
Bus 008 Device 002: ID 2833:0211 Oculus VR, Inc. Rift CV1 Sensor
Bus 007 Device 005: ID 2833:0211 Oculus VR, Inc. Rift CV1 Sensor
I hope someone can help me, cause this is frustrating and I haven't found any helpfull advice while searching, I couldn't even find someone with the same Issue.

Maybe try disabling auto suspend for those devices?

Maybe try disabling auto suspend for those devices?
I think it can't be auto suspend for three reasons:
1. The same would happen with the devices plugged in, in the rear ports
2. It wouldn't effect every device in the front ports simultaneously
3. The ports stop working, I can't even plugin a USB drive or something like that. All front panel USB ports just spontaneously stop working completely
Edit:
It can't be a Hardware failure, because I have a dual boot system with windows 11 and there it works just fine

Can you see any controllers/devices failing via dmesg when this happens?
On the surface it smells a lot like what's been happening to me with a renasus controller and firmware issues: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=269095
Just a thought.
