i have installed arch on laptop and after installing networkmanager , wpa_supplicant , network_tools , nm_applet
and turning systemctl services enable still I'm unable to get wifi.

Which services did you enable? The only thing of that list you need to enable is NetworkManager. Chances are you forgot to install linux-firmware. If that isn't it you need to provide more information, what's your wifi NIC, what have you used to try to connect, what is the output of relevant commands. Maybe post
