instalation of caffeine when running as root

well. i just dont want normally install anything like fakeroot and configure all these accounts in system. for the now i run only as root (like arch came in its iso, i only added password).
is it even possible for AUR to install as root? or any alternative for caffeine in pacman?
for the now i only found these 2 things : "official" caffeine in AUR -> https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/caffeine/ and a small configuration for makepkg : https://smjrifle.net/restore-asroot-yaourtmakgpkg-arch/ and is only for yaourt wrapper (which also require AUR  package to be installed).
i want to make server from mine lap and it always shuts down after closing lid ( so i cant just do it, option from kde ( https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=222505 ) doesnt work at me).
when i was on debian-based distros it was okay with this caffeine. no way?

That's just not a good idea on many levels and a lot of software contains active means to prevent you from running as a root account (... including makepkg as you've noticed). You'll make your live a lot easier just making a normal user that can elevate with sudo.

If you really honestly think you need to do this, abuse the nobody user for invoking makepkg. FWIW the "just for yaourt patch" actually patches makepkg and will apply for everything, so you could also use that.

saw already nobody but smh didnt saw anything to install as user in makepkg.... read all manpage ofc =]
