Cannot use kscreenlocker in dwm

Hi Everyone,

I want to use kscreenlocker (which is a screen locker for KDE) in DWM when the lead close or during timeout.

Thanks to everyone in advance for your help.

Re: Cannot use kscreenlocker in dwm

Pretty sure there are integrations with kwin/plasma that can't be generically replicated and thus prevent this from happening.

In any case, what does "can't use" mean exactly? What errors do you get if you run it from a terminal? https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=57855

Re: Cannot use kscreenlocker in dwm

That's because it doesn't have a binary in /bin and you'd need to run /usr/lib/kscreenlocker_greet if anything.
