Wine wont work with main account

Hello, I am stumped and can't think of why this would happen but my wine installation will only work under a different user but not my main account, does anyone have a clue why this would be? I am completely stumped and not sure what to look for now. Just in case I will show the logs of the error I get when running winecfg under my main account, thanks for your help.
