Bluetooth isnt working...

hi guys i buy a new tp link bluetooth for my linux pc. i have connected it to my pc but when i try to start bluetooth.service by using systemctl it shows :-

[sudo] password for genos:
Job for bluetooth.service failed because the control process exited with error code.
See "systemctl status bluetooth.service" and "journalctl -xeu bluetooth.service" for details.

and the result of journalctl -xeu bluetooth.service is :-
