bluetooth keeps turning off

I have a BT headset that I have paired and connected to my Arch install. It is fully up to date. I have been able to pair and connect my headset and it works for a few minutes then BT is turned off and it disconnects.
According to rfkill,. it is not blocked:

$ rfkill
ID TYPE      DEVICE      SOFT      HARD
 1 wlan      phy0   unblocked unblocked
 4 bluetooth hci0   unblocked unblocked

When it shuts down bluetooth and disconnects the headset, I get this in the journal:

and the BT icon disappears from the tray and the sound stops. If I turn it back on it works for a short while then turns off again.

I found this thread and tried the old firmware from December 2021 and I get the same thing.

Any help appreciated.

Re: bluetooth keeps turning off

https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Blueto … ew_moments
Also/otherwise maybe btusb.enable_autosuspend=n or usbcore.autosuspend=-1 and nb. that userspace power management tools like TLP may override this and need to be configured accordingly
And if there is a "parallel OS", see the 3rd link below as well.
