Almost 1/3 of battery life compared to windows

Hello,

im running arch linux on my xiaomi mi notebook pro laptop and i have been getting about 1/3 of battery life compared to the battery life i get on windows 10, doing the exact same thing.

When using discoord for example, my fans kick in, which they neved do in ohter case, unless i am stressing my laptop.  How could i daignose what makes my battery life ad.
