Unable to work with Shadowsocks-Qt5

Hi everyone.

I installed Shadowsock-Qt5 and get some free shadowsock servers.
It connected to the servers without any problem and the latency is not that bad.
I set my locale port to 1080 and change my browser proxy settings to 127.0.0.1:1080.
But still no luck...

Any help?
