My CPU Ryzen 5600G is too hot. On Arch it is around 40C, and I have to undervolt and lose performance and on Windows it is 50C, how do I fix this.
Armoury Crate on Windows shows, only the CPU cooler at 2k RPM, even if I set the fan speed to full. It shows 0 RPM of the 2 Chasis fans, In the BIOS, I made the CPU Cooler at max, always and I don't feel any difference in the fan noise when going between, low and high tasks, so it is working but the Chasis fans were at 0 RPM, so I didn't touch them. Tell me if this was stupid to do Edit: Before it was ok.

16GB RAM 3200MHz
RX 6500XT OC 4GB

Room Temperature 30 degree c.

Idle is around 38-45 C.
Full load (all core) is 65-71 C.
PS-cheap after market Chinese copper heat pipe (S..owman with 120mm. fan.

Before what what was OK?
OK was 30 - 40C on Windows but I don't remember for Linux, so it may be 30C for that.

When your CPU was not so hot? What did you do after that? Just update the system or bios? Or maybe environment temperature get higher at your place.

So your temperatures are low, you don't have to do anything. Mine, on old system, are higher on idle:

No, It is 40C in Linux and goes up quickly and it is 50C and goes up quickly in Windows. Also be calmer.

50°C is still not hot and you still didn't explain the purpose of this thread.
If the temperature is toohigh™ in linux and windows: blow more air against the CPU. Or check the seating/thermal paste.

No, I mean that when I was just browsing without undervolting and it was 40C when I was in Idle, and just browsing for a few seconds it became 50C, When I launched UE5, it quickly 75C, when I spent messing around in the default scene, with the chairs. If, I undervolt it becomes 30-40-50C again. Also there's a mistake, in your post, you wrote toohigh(TM) instead of too high.
