gcloud timed out

Hey, gcloud and gsutil are either mega slow (like 20min to set name of project slow), or timing out (specifically on gcloud init and gsutil cp)

error from gcloud (gcloud init):

timed out

Network connection problems may be due to proxy or firewall settings.

Do you have a network proxy you would like to set in gcloud (Y/n)? 
```

This is a fresh arch install using archinstall util, am I missing something? this doesn't reproduce on other OS's
