Not a huge problem relative to the benefits, but since I got WOWLAN (Wake on Wireless LAN) working, I must repeat the Suspend command to actually suspend the system. At first only the "sudo systemctl suspend" terminal command (usually entered remotely) had to be repeated, and I thought it might be an SSH or VNC issue. But since (I think) a recent system update, even the GUI Menu -> Power -> Suspend on the actual system must be done twice.
The first command turns off the screen and the other LEDs like it is suspended, but in a few seconds it does a wakeup and is back to operation. The second command suspends as expected, so far quite dependably.
It defaulted to:
$ sudo iw phy0 wowlan show
WoWLAN is enabled:
* wake up on disconnect
* wake up on magic packet
$
The "disconnect" option really does wake the system if the wireless connection drops, as when the router fails or is powered down, but disabling that option didn't change the double suspend requirement.
Anyone understand this?

Last month this problem stopped happening, again I think due to a system update. The first suspend command or power button press now suspends the system and it does not wake back up.
But WoWLAN stopped working as well! It still shows as enabled, but magic packets (verified visible on the network) are ignored.
The journal includes:
Jun 28 12:28:18 Gazp9 wpa_supplicant[453]: wlp3s0: Do not deauthenticate as part of interface deinit since WoWLAN is enabled
Should there be other WoWLAN mentions?
