KDE/NetworkManager openvpn profiles disappear on reboot.

Recently, there was an update, that fixed systemsettings crashing when importing openvpn profile, because networkmanager-openvpn was not being pulled as dependency. Installing networkmanager-openvpn manually fixed it, and everything worked fine.

Except, previously, the manually installed networkmanager-openvpn worked flawlessly, and now each reboot removes all the imported profiles.

This is reproducible 100% of the time.

Import an openvpn profile via kde systemsettings, connect, disconnect, everything works fine, certs are being extracted and saved in ~/.cert/nm-openvpn, everythinkg works.

Reboot.

No vpn profiles anywhere to be seen.

Exported certs still exist in ~/.cert

Re-import the profile, and everything works, until the next reboot.

Edit: I just found a workaround, after importing the openvpn profile, change anything and click apply.

It seems importing the profile does not save it in any way, they are loaded but no saved. The apply button is grayed out after import, and changing any setting enables the apply button, allowing it to be saved.
