[SOLVED] Failing to connect to some random IPs but works on my phone

So here's the issue:

curl: (7) Failed to connect to mirror.yandex.ru port 443 after 3120 ms: Couldn't connect to serve

Meanwhile I can view it with no problem on my phone with a connection to the same WiFi network.
I can access any other website without problems, I literally posted this from the laptop I'm having this issue on.

Same happens when I try to use the IP address:

curl: (7) Failed to connect to 213.180.204.183 port 443 after 3107 ms: Couldn't connect to server

I did check that it is the actual IP address of mirror.yandex.ru with DNS Lookup.
What is going on?

A reboot magically fixed the issue. Turns out, it was ZeroTier that was completely killing the connection to that IP for whatever reason.
