Very long time exit Sleep mode with monitor

My laptop - thinkpad t460s
Manjaro linux  and kde plasma
1. When i connect my monitor and on sleep mode, Then exit from sleep mode with monitor, loading very long.

2. Also dont work fingerprint

3. When I record video though simplerecorder. When i click anywhere When watching a video, the display on the video lag.
