You guess? You set up the system and configured it, what did you set up to start? We have no idea what you did, only you do.

Alright, so LightDM runs on xorg, so start by looking at that log file, likely in /var/log when using a DM.

should i send it here? because i'm not seeing anything sus in the xorg log file

Please post the contents of /var/log/Xorg.0.log /var/log/lightdm/lightdm.log and the system journal for that boot to a pastebin and post links here.

"Yo, man."
Your wifi is most likely not open or WEP encrypted?
How did you install archlinux?
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Tethering is most likely simpler for you.
Offline
it is open and i installed archlinux with the same wifi, the link is not working
[edit]
im using my phone's hotspot idk if that is the same as tethering

You do understand that "open" itr. means it's neither wpa nor wep encrypted?
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Networ … ireless#iw
Does the scan report your AP?
Edit: no, and your phone will most likely not allow you to create an unprotected AP either.
Maybe read the article about tethering.

yes there is no pass, it does show but it doesnt connect, well the command runs without returning anything if i check with the "link" parameter if it is connected to wifi it says not connected.

Exit the chroot and reboot.
You hopefully didn't forget to mount your /boot partition.
