When I try to shut down the system, it does not shut down.

Hello.

I have tried to shut down using systemctl poweroff but the shutdown fails.
I edited ”/etc/systemd/system.conf" and changed the value of DefaultTimeoutStartSec to 10 seconds, but to no avail.
I also logged into the system in single user mode and attempted to shut it down but failed.

There is nothing suspicious in the system logs and we are very troubled.

However, after executing the command "systemctl --force --force poweroff", the system was successfully shut down.

If anyone knows the problem, please help me.

If you want anything close to an informed comment about the situation, you'll have to share the log.
