After pressing Win, gnome has been crashed.

After pressing Win, gnome has been crashed.
I run journalctl, then I find a lot of warnings from gnome-shell.
gnome  Attempt to dispose GskGLRenderer without calling gsk_renderer_unrealize()

try updating your system and graphics drivers if you havent and then reset gnome settings with 

dconf reset -f /org/gnome/

The drivers are all the newest. But maybe it's cause by twek tool. I change DPI in it.

There's 8.3MB of hmcl-dev.desktop/minecraft spam in that journal… roll

Unrelated, but you're running dhcpcd and NM concurrently, pick one (likely NetworkManager) disable the other.

You're running in reverse prime and there're no outputs attached to the nvidia GPU.
What if you run the system the normal way (ie. on the intel chip w/ nvidia available as PRIME device)?
Can you disable the intel IGP in the BIOS/UEFI?

Actually, the error among PRIME device appears when starting. I disable DPI settings now and it seems getting better.

This isn't an error, just an odd setup .

gnome-shell tries to XRRSetOutputPrimary and gets an _XError out of that, likely because there's no output on the primary GPU and instead of handling that X11 error (which is basically a message to the client that it did something wrong, which isn't even all that uncommon since it's an async protocol and assumptions about the server state can be wrong any given moment) somewhat gracefully, gnome, resp. gtk does what it always did for no sane reason at all and commits suicide.

Hence, and since your setup seems undesirable tbw, the suggestion is to run it in more regular fashion on the IGP
