Networking doesn't work on ISO

So... Networking doesn't work on the install ISO at all. This happened when  I wanted to reinstall Arch after installing a new graphics card to my system (Intel Arc A770). No networking works, including wifi and usb tethering from my phone. Bluetooth doesn't work either. I have made sure rfkill doesn't block them and tried to set the interface up. However setting the interface up doesn't do anything. Running ip link shows the interface still being down. This makes the installation impossible.
