Port Control Protocol to make computer reachable from internet

I would like to access the kerberos KDC server on my desktop from a cloud server. I cannot use normal port forwarding because I am behind a CGNAT. Apparently PCP is the answer.

How do I install PCP-client software on my desktop and/or router?

I don't think the CGNAT supports PCP - this is a dead end.

This sounds not correct by design, I suggest you rethink your technical approach, e.g. put the KDB service on the cloud server.

If this is not an option for you, I recommend you read into VPN, and connect both machine via a secure VPN.
