used to be able to get voice input using my headset with built in microphone on arch, on current clean install, I can't seem to get it to work no matter what I try, whether I plug the headset in front panel connections or from the io shield inputs
setting the profile to analog stereo duplex in pavucontrol config section
I can see the input available but no audio detected

But we can see that all your recordings go over the/a usb device are you aware of that/is that what you want? If you actually want to use the internal inputs you need to move the source-outputs accordingly to the correct device
