courer-imap & postfix on their own virtual subdomain?

As the topic asks, how do I move courier-imap and postfix to their own virtual subdomain?

As it is now, they both answer on server.com, and I would like them on smtp.server.com / imap.server.com. (they are all located on the same server)
I've managed to get postfix to listen on smtp.server.com, great, but it insists on answering on both server.com and smtp.server.com which is not what I want.

Any tips or pointers?
I've been googling for several hours, searching http://www.courier-mta.org/, and found nothing.

Come on, someone could atleast give me a pointer or a hint.
