Hello everyone!
I want to customize my LightDM look by setting my own .face img and a background image. However none of them are shown, I only get a black screen for background, and the default image instead of .face.
But when I try to run
lightdm --test-mode --debugeverything looks as it should.
I checked rights for the images, and both have -rw-r--r--, so I guess it should work, but it doesn't.
I will appreciate any help, thank you in advance!

Is your home directory also accessible for lighdm (ie. "r-x" for others)?

Hello. No it is not accessible for others, it has following rights 700. But for another user who also has 700 permissions on their home folder, everything works ![]()

Hm.. it looks like the accountsservice package must be installed as well.
Take a look here if you haven't already:

Yes, I have this package installed. And as I already said it works for another user but doesn't work for my user for some reason
