Cups snmp packet to printer identifies all local VLAN IP addresses

My on workstation I have VLAN100, 200, and 400 created.   My printer is on VLAN100 - which is 192.168.1.0/24 network.  I can print to a Brother printer/scanner without issues.   I should be able to push the scan button on the scanner - and it should send a scan of that to a local directory on my workstation.   It only works if I delete VLAN200 and VLAN400.   I did a tcpdump on the VLAN100 interface and I see this:

192.168.1.148.42031 > 192.168.1.13.161:  { SNMPv1 C="internal" { SetRequest(491) R=201  .1.3.6.1.4.1.2435.2.3.9.2.11.1.1.0="TYPE=BR;BUTTON=SCAN;USER="user1";FUNC=IMAGE;HOST=192.168.4.148:54925;APPNUM=1;DURATION=360;BRID=;" .1.3.6.1.4.1.2435.2.3.9.2.11.1.1.0="TYPE=BR;BUTTON=SCAN;USER="user1";FUNC=OCR;HOST=192.168.4.148:54925;APPNUM=3;DURATION=360;BRID=;" .1.3.6.1.4.1.2435.2.3.9.2.11.1.1.0="TYPE=BR;BUTTON=SCAN;USER="user1";FUNC=EMAIL;HOST=192.168.4.148:54925;APPNUM=2;DURATION=360;BRID=;" .1.3.6.1.4.1.2435.2.3.9.2.11.1.1.0="TYPE=BR;BUTTON=SCAN;USER="user1";FUNC=FILE;HOST=192.168.4.148:54925;APPNUM=5;DURATION=360;BRID=;" } }

Its communicating to the printer and telling it of all of my local IP addresses - and when it sending a scan image to my workstation it uses one of the other IP addresses (in this case 192.168.2.148 or 192.168.4.148).

I've been looking at the /etc/cups/snmp.conf file and trying to specify a single interface or IP address but so far that has not helped.   I figure I would throw this out to the forum and see if anyone has any suggestions.
