Nextcloud cannot dettect postgres

The title is the symptom, but I don't know where is the problem.

I'm following the wiki to install nextcloud, using php-legacy.

The setup would be nextcloud + nginx + postgres.

So, I enabled all modules including postgres on /etc/webapps/nextcloud/php.ini and exported NEXTCLOUD_PHP_CONFIG as the wiki said.
Anyway I'm getting this screen before configuring the table, only mysql is said as an option:

The message says that only MySQL is available.

If you need further information please ask for it, I didn't want to populate this post with infinite config files.

I think I followed the wiki in a mostly scrupulous way.
