Upgrading arch broken my mic on Lenovo P14s G4 AMD

Hello,
yesterday I did weekly upgrade of arch and after that my microphone stopped working. Usually only source ID is changed so I have to change keybindings and everything around it, but this time it's much worse.
I am using pipewire and pipewire-pulse. I downgraded everything around pipewire, but the problem persists.
Monitor is default source and my real source is suspended.
When I resume my real source or try to set it as default then nothing happens.
Also when I usually choose which source to use for example in browser it doesn't allow me anything to select.
What can be wrong?

Thanks for help guys!

Pactl sources output:
