I'm having similar issue like this user had:

but his solution of turning off the wifi is not useful in my case as I want to use both bluetooth and wifi at the same time.
Any help would be kindly appreciated.
Also I'm fairly new to Arch and this forum so correct me if I'm doing something wrong.

Wifi and Bluetooth inherently conflict because they operate on the same band most of the time. Your best bet is configure your AP to 5Ghz and make wifi use that if possible, that way the 2.4GHz BT will not conflict with the 5GHz wifi.
IF that isn't possible there might be some kernel module options that could help, what's your actual wifi/BT adapter and relevant driver in use.

I'm using it on 5Ghz by default.
