Hi,
I was an Ubuntu user and wanted to try Arch Linux, so I installed it a few days ago.
Then I tried to connect to the internet.
I've looked up many wikis and forums but had no progress on this problem for days.
I first tried using NetworkManager but it never worked and merely stopped suddenly with a disconnection notification showing up.
So I then followed the wiki of PPP and set everything up.
I used "sudo pon" and it seemed to have established a connection.
A weird thing about this is that if I don't use "sudo", it will say that my network interface is an unknown option whether I added the "nic-" prefix or not.
It showed local, remote, primary DNS, and secondary DNS IP addresses, but I was unable to connect to the internet.
Also tried using "ping google.com" and "ping 8.8.8.8" and none of these worked.

I have no idea what went wrong and how to get it working.
