Random system freezes troubleshooting

Hi guys! I've been using arch as my daily driver for a while. Everything works well except that the system can freeze randomly. When that occurs, the screen freezes, the audio playing starts looping and the keyboard stops working. SysRq also stops working (cat /proc/sys/kernel/sysrq returns 1). It can happen at any time but it occurs more frequently when I run pacman -Syu or when the system is shutting down.

I have checked various logs and found nothing useful. Also tried to switch kernel back to stable but the problem persists. I'm wondering how to troubleshoot the problem as it's annoying.
Here are some basic information about the system (using fastfetch as I don't know what information would be helpful). Thank you very much!

Did you already check if using the linux-lts package makes a difference for you?
