My Arch installation does not seem to be able to connect to the Bluetooth devices around it. I have read the wiki, I have installed bluez and bluez-utils, but nothing really changed.
I also booted my old install of Ubuntu to check if there was issues with the hardware, but no, there were no issues with the hardware.
As stated above I use the integrated Bluetooth antenna on the X299 Deluxe (as far as I know that is a joint Wi-Fi + Bluetooth antenna)

This is what comes up:

This post suggests there should be 2 antennas.

OK. So you can compare the kernel/firmware versions between the distros and see if something comes up.
But from the description, BT does seem to work.
Perhaps try to put a BT device as discoverable closer to the antenna and see if it has any effect.
Also, please upload full journal logs:

Although I do not suspect that can be the issue here, I will still provide the differences.
Ubuntu was on a kernel 6.2.x and Arch is on 6.10.3.
But from the description, BT does seem to work.
Yes, I am really pleased that it is not a hardware fault.

I actually connected to the device from different distances on Ubuntu, both close and from another room, both options worked really well, so that is not an issue either.

Sorry, the system has been on for quite a long time, so the log is insanely long.
