trying to run the arch linux live usb but the keyboard is not working.
it shows an error:

it doesn't work in the past. this is my first time putting the arch linux live usb in this laptop. older ISO.. where can i get those?

tried Including
i8042.dumbkbd=1
in the parameters by hitting 'e' at the grub menu. The said error has disappeared but the keyboard is still not working.

Thank you for this link. I tried some of the old ISOs but still they keyboard doesn't work. I found out that since 2020 in this link that this brand of laptop has a problem with keyboard and still unsolved. But still thank you again for the reply.

There are probably no drivers written specifically for this laptops keyboard. Try attaching an external usb keyboard and see if it works. Had the same issue on Asus TUF.

Good day sir. I already done the external keyboard before I made this post and yes it works. But its just a hassle to not just use its built in keyboard.
