I ran a full system upgrade yesterday before running "sudo reboot now" (not necessary however I was having issues with an app and opted to reboot in case it would fix it), however after my system started up again my HDMI monitor stopped responding. After some digging in my system i found that my DVI monitor (actually HDMI via an adapter) was reporting as "unknown-1", however both monitors work perfectly fine on my windows install.
Note that I am running older versions of the nvidia drivers due to issues mentioned here: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=300717 and have tried the newest drivers, which fix this issue but trigger the other issue again causing a slight stalemate.
Also of note in case it helps: my nvidia card is TU117 [GeForce GTX 1650]
