I have had 2 normally working arch before but both of them are screwed over with package errors, I can't rice my arch and I can't do anything, for example I tried ricing my arch today for the first time and it included something called waybar so I followed the tutorial download the dotfiles and boom I got hit with a package named gtk having timeout issues and bricked my whole thing, I have gone through 3 arch installs today already and all of them has been disasters, which one of them launching without showing errors or redirecting into gnome when I was using hyprland, I was using kde before this and tried i3 and it just frozen my computer so I tried hyprland and it also broke, and I tried sway and it did nothing, so I tried to go back to kde and kde also broke so I fresh reinstalled arch with multiple ricing set ups to ease the process because I thought I was doing something wrong and no it also didn't work I tried 3 like I said. How would I go on about fixing this, note i live in myanmar and there are practically 0 arch users so I can't ask anyone else

https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=57855. -- "boom timeout" are not error messages and unlikely to brick your system.
Post the exact commands you're trying to issue and their full outputs. Maybe also throw in a journal
sudo journalctl -b | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.st
What I can guess is that you simply have an improper mirror setup in which case you'll want to read: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Mirror … ng_mirrors
Also wanting to "rice your system" and then just blindly running someones random dotfiles isn't ricing your system but breaking it. Understand what you want to do, what the config files do, start with a minimal baseline and pick bits and pieces from dotfiles once you understand the ramifications of what they are doing.

Also note I live in an area that bans stuff like Google , Facebook and etc so yea maybe the packages got caught up
