How to improve xfce app - RESOLVED.

So I am moving from XUbuntu to Arch Linux, and I finally got XFCE installed and working, and it just looks a bit...old. And raw. XUbuntu uses XFCE too, and it looks nice and modern and easy on the eye. I am not using any themes or anything on XUbuntu, beyond the default, but everything from window borders to fonts just looks nicer on XUbuntu.

Where do I go to find out what settings are on Xubuntu and what I need to add or change on Arch Linux.

Note that my home directory is on a separate disk and is shared between XUbuntu and Arch Linux, so there won't be any differences there.

I've no idea what you see or expect, as mentioned in your other thread, please don't paraphrase, https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=57855

That being said: xubuntu defaults to https://aur.archlinux.org/packages?K=greybird
Why do you think you want to use archlinux?
Get used to the idea to "research what I want" instead of becoming the worst kind of https://slash7.com/2006/12/22/vampires/

The default theme is awful, and so is the default icon for the main menu. Thanks to your hints I found a decent theme and changed the main menu icon to the Arch Linux icon. It looks much nicer now.

Still some glitches, like I need to re-add the terminal program to favourites every single time I log in.

Favourites of what and where?

You need to understand that you're the only one seeing your system, so the actions obvious to you are completely obscure to others and it's not clear whether you're talking about some runner, startmenu or eg. the contextmenu of some filebrowser here.
