grub with splash image

I know we had this at one point.  However, after awhile, there were some problems with a patch, and it didn't get updated. It'd be nice to have it back, since I use Arch to boot most of my machines and I like having my own custom made splash screen for grub.

It requires a patch of some sort to do it.  I forget the exact details, and it was never important enough to me to do it.
