Problems whit network while using a controler

Hi i wanted to open this forum couse of a problem im having right for some reason when i connet my gamepad whit the dongle(i dont have bluetooth) the internet stops working? like i cant even think of a reason for realy hope you guys can help somehow ^^

I am going to ask that you be a little bit more detailed.   When you say 'With the dongle", I assume this means this gamepad has  some sort of wireless connection?  Do you know what band it is in? 2.4 GHz perhaps?
The Internet stops working.  Elaborate.
Is it Wired?  Wireless?  Which band? 2.4GHz perhaps?

What is the Internet not doing?   Can you not associate with an access point? Do you not get an IPv4 address? Can you ping anything? By IP address? By domain name?

What error messages have you received?  Is there anything of interest in the Journal?
