i have `monitor = DP-1, 3840x2160@240, 0x0, 1` in config but it still 120hz
i also tried set video resolution in kernel options but had no effect `options root=PARTUUID=ab06310d-25a3-4e34-a03c-e711cb1b1d07 zswap.enabled=0 rw rootfstype=ext4 video=DP-1:3840x2160@240e`

i dont have Freesync Premium Pro on my monitor, i didn't find after all

idk how to disable it, i mean im not sure its even enabled
i've add kernel options amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x10 amdgpu.freesync_video=0
and set vrr = 0 in misc hyprland conf but it didnt change anything
after i set vrr = 1 i could see Freesync Premium Pro in monitor setting was active and hz was jumping from 40 to 120 (not higher) then i disabled it again as it was
btw i did try GNOME with xorg and kde x11 both had 120hz at max
