After I installed bluetooth on this computer, the Bluetooth adapter is never found
I use TUF GAMING X670E-PLUS WIFI and it has a bluetooth hardware, I did not disable it at BIOS

That's on the same bus as some "CX 2.4G Wireless Receiver" - is that some dongle for your wireless keyboard/mouse?

Have you tried to power-cycle the device (completely power it down, pot. even remove the battery, then restart it)?

1. Yes I have a 2.4G USB for my wireless keyboard, but after I remove it and restart the computer (now I use a wired keyboard) the bluetooth is still disabled
also my logitech mouse needs bluetooth so it is still essential

I unplugged the wired keyboard and mouse
shut down and restart the computer
then connect the computer via SSH

As long as not BT device is showing up on (likely) USB or PCI you don't have to check the service status.

Please replace the oversized image w/ a thumbnail/link - the board has a 250x250 px max rule.
You're facing a different symptom, https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=292212 - completely power down the system, then reboot.
If there's a parallel windows, see the 3rd link below. Mandatory.
Disable it (it's NOT the BIOS setting!) and reboot windows and linux twice for voodo reasons.

I had installed an archlinux on this computer last year and the bluetooth was fine then

No I re-installed it, all past data is gone, it is the same computer standing on my desk
AURA LED is an internal thing, which controls the light of CPU Fans
Keyboard is wired and it's fine (I will replug it elsewhere), I don't need the mouse because I find grml has no GUI, but I have no spare keyboard

Is there a possibility that bluetooth has nothing to do with USB? the bluetooth is fixed on motherboard, not an external device connected by USB

The BT chip is typically part of the wireless chip and usually wire via USB (which is a bus, not a plug)

That's a power cycle that's more drastic than a simple restart: shut down the computer, unplug the power cord from the desktop, wait a while, then plug it back in and turn the computer on.

Have you tried to power-cycle the device (completely power it down, pot. even remove the battery, then restart it)?
I just didn't get that because this is a desktop you hadn't done the equivalent of removing the battery.
The reason why I suggested that is that this isn't an isolated incident - mediatek chips have this A LOT - so yes, you should absolutely test the same strategy on your other system.
