Full resolution on monitor not possible anymore after today's updates

Hello,
after todays updates, i do not get the full resolution on my two monitors anymore. Instead of 2560x1440 they are only working with 2480x1080. This is the biggest resolution the arandr tool shows. 2560x1440 was working until the reboot. I updated the following packages today:
