Port capture and redirect

Hey,

I've got a few programs (Azureus, SecondLife, etc.) that do  not have a proxy setting in their networking section of their configs. I can create an ssh tunnel out of my current location, and have used it for firefox and similar that have a socks5 proxy option.

The question is, does anyone know of a way, like Sockscap/Freecap for Windows, that I could capture all requests from a program and redirect them through the proxy?

You could give redir (there's PKGBUILD available in AUR) or Transproxy a try.
