So, I installed openvpn with pacman, and I found my way to the config files and read the readme, which points me to the openvpn HOWTO at openvpn.net/howto.html
The HOWTO mentions finding my way to scripts in a folder. I tried searching for that folder, it doesn't seem to exist anywhere. Nor do any of the scripts. Is there a special way to configure a VPN server using OpenVPN in Arch or am I missing something?

Arch doesn't include many of the useful scripts in their pkgbuild.
I suggest downloading the tarball from the openvpn site and extracting the easy-rsa scripts from it.

This page is now working. I find it hard to install OPENVPN on ARCH too, quite different to debian and centos tutorials on the wiki. Since I am in China I really need this tool to help me.
