Hi there. I have a ipw3945 wireless chip so I followed the wiki this way:
pacman -S ipw3945
then added the right daemon to the rc.conf
Then I installed wifi-radar and when I open it I can see my network but can't connect to it. I didn't care cause i wanted to install the gnome-network-manager so:
pacman -S gnome-network-manager
then i edited the right way but when I restart nothing works, i can't get the wireless menu like ubuntu...
How can i solve?
Edit: wifi-radar tells me that the interface is eth2, is this correct? How can I verify this? How can i make gnome-network-manager works? Help please, without wireless I can't do anything!

A little off topic but ipw3945 works out of the box by default in FaunOS (an arch-based linux):
