I'd suggest you check out http://fdm.sourceforge.net

You can put something like

action "spammy" pipe "/usr/bin/spamc"
match all action "spammy"

I'm not sure if that works, it'll add the spam headers but I'm not sure if fdm will keep the headers in or just throw them away after.
