Perl CPAN not working
I am trying to use cpan to install some plugins that aren't in the repositories or AUR (threads, threads-shared, and config-inifiles).
Cpan does not seem to be able to connect with the internet. It can't download anything, but I can manually go to the web addresses it gives just fine... Is anyone else having this problem?

I did twice today. This is the first time I tried to use it. It won't even download the mirrors list, always times out or something.
I just ended up installing the modules I needed manually.
