Hi!
I have had some problem with wireless network configuration (on my girlfriend pc).
With zd1211 drivers the wireless configuration through rc.conf doesn't work, sometimes iwconfig shows AP not associated and sometimes apparently everything is OK but there isn't connection.
This is an example of her rc.conf:
ath0="ath10 192.168.1......
wlan_ath0="ath0 essid....
INTERFACES=(lo ath0)
The only way it works is with manual configuration, like this:
ifconfig ath0 up
ifconfig 19.... netmask 255....
route......
iwconfig essid.......
The strange thing is that with newest patch of 2.6.22 kernel also my wifi card (driver bcm43xx) doesn't work with rc.conf configuration.
Have you an idea?
