Do i need an internet connection to follo these steps? Or could i use the CD? I dowloaded and the recent Dont Panic ISO and installed the base system from there, will the CD contain the other packages i need.
Thanks. MOJO :)~

Depending which ISO, you will probably have some of the packages on the CD. However, GNOME was just updated so you are best updating from the internet.
